Our, Myat Su Mon Construction, is a strong presence in Myanmar’s fast- growing construction sector. The name “Myat Su Mon” conveys our best wishes towards our customers, which stands as our core value since our very first day. The company was founded in 2005 with the company registration number 1988 (2005-2006).
According to construction experience in the country’s booming construction industry, Myat Su Mon had opportunities to involve in more than 100 projects. In addition, we have constructed numerous buildings including apartments, offices and mini-condominiums.
Because of our proven experience and strong portfolio, Myat Su Mon Construction has been granted and recognized to manage large condominiums projects of up to 12 storied buildings.
Who are we?
Our employee are our main assets as their passion, professionalism and customer-centric mindsets are compared to none. We have more than 230 employees including 4 project managers, 10 site managers, 20 support staffs and over 200 skilled employees.
Our Management
The management team is composed of 5 key members who have outstanding experience in construction and management fields. The team is led by U Ba Sein as the Board of Director and the operations is overseen by U Zar Li Ba Sein , the Managing Director and Founder. Other key figures in our management team are our Legal Adviser Daw Khin Khin San , Business Operations Consultant, Bob Thwin Naung Soe, our Engineering Consultant, U San Nyunt and our Business Operations Director, U Htoo Wai Moe.

U Ba Sein
Chairman of the board of directors
U Ba Sein is a veteran and experienced management with more than 36 years of experience. U Ba Sein was graduated with Bachelor of Science in Forestry from Rangoon Arts & Science University in 1971. In addition, he attended Government Technical Institute in 1965 and he received a Diploma in Project Analysis and Management from Thailand in 1992.
U Ba Sein started his career in Myanmar Timber Enterprise in 1972 as the assistant manager and he role to senior management level within his 36 years of public service. His last position before retirement was deputy general manager overseeing timber production in Chin State. As the chairman of the board of directors of Myat Su Mon Construction, U Ba Sein mainly focuses on quality control and advising on management matters.
U Zar Li Ba Sein
Managing Director & Founder
U Zar Li is the Managing Director and Founder of Myat Su Mon Construction. U Zar Li himself is an engineer, who graduated from the Yangon Technological University in 2003 with a bachelor of engineering degree specialized in Mechanical. His childhood dream, ambition and a forward thinking to see the prospect of Myanmar’s construction industry make him realize to start a construction firm.
In its early years, U Zar Li had to take numerous roles in the company since Myat Su Mon was started as a small company with very few employees which only include 1 engineer, 1 store supervisor and 1 accountant. After spending 13 years in the industry, the business prospers and the team is growing. With his role of Managing Director and Founder, U Zar Li mainly focuses on strategic planning and marketing.
Bob Thwin Naung Soe
Business Operations Consultant
Thwin Naung Soe, also known as Bob, is our business operations consultant and people development. Bob graduated with a Master’s Degree in Smart Product Designs from The Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and he also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yangon Technological University. In addition, he is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional.
Bob has close to 15 years’ of industrial experiences in Production & Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, SME Operations and Learning & Development where he has taken management and consultant roles.
U San Nyunt
Engineering Consultant
U San Nyunt is a licensed senior engineer with license number of RSE construction – 0968 issued by Myanmar Engineering Council. He graduated from Government Technical Institute in 1994 with a diploma in Civil Engineering and became a junior licensed engineer in 1998 and a senior licensed engineer in 2004.
He started his career with Ministry of Construction as junior engineer in 1994 and ended up his civil service in 1998 with senior assistant engineer position.
Since then, he has been working in various private companies. He started working with Myat Su Mon Construction in 2006 as Consultant Engineer and currently working as the Engineering consultant by overseeing construction and site management.
U Htoo Wai Moe
Business Operations Director
U Htoo Wai Moe is also a Registered engineer who holds license of RSE construction – 3432 issued by Myanmar Engineering council. He graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. In addition, he also earned a diploma in Civil engineering from of the Government Technical Institute. He is a proud member of Myanmar Engineering Society.
He started his civil serviceas a junior engineer in Ministry of Forestry and his remarkable project was Thargaya – Koe Pin (Transyoma road) project. He joined Myat Su Mon Construction in 2005 as operation engineer and currently he acts as our business operations director overseeing our daily operations to make sure our way of work is fully compatible with the core values we set.

Customers’ satisfaction is our aim. To keep transparent relationship and build trust with our clients, we documented all operational steps of our project with photos and videos to share with them. To improve customer’s satisfaction, we listen to feedback and suggestions from our clients. We are always ready to hear your voice!

Quality is always in our prioritized agenda. In order to fulfill the needs, we have a separate quality assurance team implementing a well-defined system and best practices of quality assurance. We also pledged not to compromise engineering standards and quality of construction materials as we believe quality assurance is our strength and a core value to deliver excellences to our clients.
Message from the Chief Executive Officer
Buying a new house or building a new house are not a very often thing to encounter in ordinary people’s lives. Most people will have such thing once or twice in their lives. That’s the critical reason why construction firms need to have true transparency and real integrity towards their clients.
The construction process, ranging from designing a house to completing the construction project, is a bit hard to understand and presenting this process to the clients mean a real and first integrity to us.
