We are really serious and pay attention to the development of our employees as we believe success can’t be received without enhancement to capabilities and skills sets of our employees. We put talent development in our priority. In terms of talent development of our company, we focus on three areas: Leadership, Operational Excellence and Team Work.
In terms of leadership development, we provide leadership competencies enhancement training to our management team. Our operational excellence advisor Bob Thwin Naung Soe has been working as a key instrument in these trainings. We usually provide 2 of leadership competencies trainings each year and trainings are followed up by workplace coaching.
For operational excellence, we offer regular training to our operational employees, especially to construction team, in order to bring excellence in everything they do. In the trainings, we highlight how importance to being excellence in our operations to be competitive in the changing market.
We simply believe in team work as it will only make the difference with our competitors, hence, we pay lots of attention to team building. We arrange one tem building trainings yearly for our employees to reinforce the fact of importance of team work.
